Thoughts or Spirit?
How can thoughts be discerned from communicating spirits? Jamie says it all boils down to awareness. For him, the act of meditation is listening, and that is how he finds the difference between thoughts and spirits trying to communicate. It is one’s thoughts when they are mentally aware of what they think, and it is like a straight line. When the thinking shifts instantly, that is when spirits are trying to communicate. Loved ones mostly do this. Maggie also adds that knowing how to distinguish own energy signature from that of a spirit is another dynamic. Feelings received also make a difference.
Learning how to meditate and clear the mind is a practice. It is something that requires extreme consistency. Guided meditations can help as it walks one through a beautiful relaxed state and makes them open and receptive. When in the meditative state, one’s thoughts flow out better, and it is also a way that information can be received from another source of consciousness. Meditation is about stillness and receiving, then opening oneself up. One must have to allow themself to be vulnerable and open, a very feminine quality present to all. The goal is to get to the point that it is comfortable letting the guard down so that doing psychic work is effective.
